Party Terms and Conditions
All parties need to be booked in advance and paid in full.
The minimum number for a party is 6 people, and the maximum is 18 people.
All parties will have an allocated party area, although this is not guaranteed.
Feel free to bring your own decorations to jazz up our party area. Cakes are permitted, please bring your own lighter and knife as we can't hand these out.
All parties last a maximum time of 2 hours, after this time we need to allow time to clean, ready for our next guest.
Soft play can only be used by children 5 years and under and is used at your own risk.
A MultiBall session can be added to your booking for the additional cost of £25 per party, subject to availability..
Bookings are refundable up to 48 hours before your party begins. After this time bookings can be moved or swapped for vouchers.
The food options may be subject to change and availability, and may not include all items.
Gluten-free options are available if pre-ordered, and may be subject to an extra charge.
It is the duty of the party guardians to inform us of any food allergies.
